Rooted deep in European history, both Prague and Budapest offer impressive architecture, art culture and opportunities for exploration. In Prague, you’ll feel like you’ve walked through a time machine as you tour cathedrals, parks, gardens and palatial homes. Budapest boasts a rich mix of traditional and modern architecture with bohemian flair. Both cities are home to a fun and lively nightlife scene.

What is the local currency in Budapest and Prague?

The currency in Prague is the Czech Crown (CZK).
Some hotels, shops and restaurants accept Euros as well, but many only take Czech Crowns.

The currency in Budapest is the Hungarian Forint (HUF).
Some hotels, shops and restaurants may accept Euros as well.

When booking my flight arrangements, when should I arrive and depart?

We encourage you to arrive between 4 and 7 p.m. on the first day of your trip. On the final day of the trip, departures can take place at any time.

DO I NEED A VISA OR PASSPORT?

It is highly recommended that you check with your local embassy to determine whether a Visa is needed, and if there is a cost associated.
Some countries of origin will require a Schengen Visa, which will allow entry into both Prague and Budapest.

HOW ARE FLIGHTS BOOKED?

Once you’ve submitted your RSVP through the online Registration system, you are then responsible for booking your own flights. We recommend booking as early as possible to get the best rates — you’ll have more to spend on the experience!

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRAVEL VOUCHER FOR MY FLIGHTS?

Once you have booked your flight, please upload the receipt in Joffice™ under Members Only/Uploads. Reimbursements can take up to 30 days after the close of the trip and are only issued to Distributors who attended the trip.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR MY FLIGHT?

We will reimburse you for the total value of the travel voucher you earned as part of the promotion. While we know business class can be very tempting, should you choose to purchase a ticket that costs more than your voucher, you will be responsible for the difference.

ARE AIRPORT TRANSFERS PROVIDED?

Airport transfers will be provided for those arriving at the Prague, Czech Republic Airport on April 30 and departing from the Budapest Airport on May 6, pending receipt of flight information by March 31, 2017. Should you choose to arrive prior to the 30th, or depart later than the 6th, or if you choose to fly into different airports, you will be responsible for your own airport transportation.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

WHERE WILL I BE STAYING?

There are multiple hotels that will be used in Prague and Budapest. We will do our best to group qualifiers in hotels by country, and we will notify all qualifiers of their accommodations as we get closer to the arrival date.

WILL THERE BE GUIDES THAT SPEAK MY LANGUAGE?

We will provide in-language guides based on country attendance and availability of the guides. We will also have plenty of Jeunesse staff on hand to help you with any questions.

ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED?

Most meals are included — we want you to enjoy the authentic cuisine that these regions have to offer. The trip itinerary will specify which meals are included during your adventure.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK, AND IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We recommend casual attire for most of the trip, as you may be doing a lot of walking. For opening and closing gatherings, cocktail attire should be worn.
You may want to pack:

  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Something to cover your shoulders
  • Umbrella or sunhat for protection against the intense sun
  • Sunglasses
  • Bathing suit
  • Camera

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHICH ACTIVITIES WE WILL BE DOING DURING THE WEEK?

Make sure to check back often, as we will continue to add details about your getaway! Once you arrive at your hotel, you can pick up a printed itinerary and some fun swag from the hospitality desk, where a Jeunesse representative will be present.

WHO DO I ASK IF I HAVE QUESTIONS WHEN I ARRIVE?

There will be a hospitality desk at the hotel with someone who is assigned to our group and can answer your questions.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I QUALIFY FOR A LIFESTYLE REWARDS 2017 TRIP TO BUDAPEST & PRAGUE?

Please see Lifestyle Rewards 2017 Trip Qualification details in Jcloud™/[Your Region]/[Your Language] to see how to qualify.
After March 10, you will also see an “RSVP” button next to the trip in Reports/Distributor Reports if you’ve qualified.

HOW DO I RSVP AND REGISTER ONCE I’VE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT I’VE EARNED THE TRIP?

Please click the “RSVP” button next to the trip in Reports/Distributor Reports, and follow the prompts. We ask that you provide as many answers as you can to the registration questions — it will help us provide a wonderful experience for you and your guest, should you bring one.

WHAT IS MY DEADLINE TO RSVP?

The deadline to confirm your attendance is March 31, 2017.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND?

If you cannot attend — though we sincerely hope you can — you will forfeit the trip. The trip is non-transferable and has no cash value.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CONFIRM THAT I AM COMING AND THEN NEED TO CANCEL?

If you have to cancel, we ask that you do so before April 1, 2017.
If you have to cancel after April 1, 2017, portions of accommodations, amenities, gifts, prizes and activities may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as taxable income via an IRS Form 1099. Amenities and gifts will be sent to your mailing address on file within 30 days after the close of the trip.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT CONFIRM THAT I AM COMING AND SHOW UP ANYWAY?

We want to give you the pampering you deserve! In order to do that, we must know you are coming well in advance to arrange the proper accommodations for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodations for those who choose to attend without providing an RSVP by March 31, 2017.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING AN ADDITIONAL GUEST(S), BUT I ONLY QUALIFIED FOR A TRIP FOR ONE?

While we would love to have all our extended Jeunesse family join us on these trips, unfortunately we have limited availability.
We will be accepting guest requests through March 31, 2017, but we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to approve all requests.

For clarification, please review the Lifestyle Rewards Trips 2017 Pricing Information and the Policy Document that outlines our process for granting guest requests. Requests will be considered until we’ve reached maximum capacity. For all approved guests, payment information must be received at the time of confirmation.
At this time, if you would like to bring an additional guest(s), our system is able to receive your request. Please submit your RSVP as a “Maybe,” with the appropriate information, and you will be notified if your guest(s) has been approved. Please note the following timeline:

  • All confirmed RSVPs and “Maybe” RSVPs for those who would like to bring a guest(s) must be completed no later than March 31, 2017.
  • We will then review all requests, and notify those who are approved to bring guest(s) by April 5, 2017.
  • Once your guest(s) request has been approved, final RSVPs must be submitted by April 10, 2017.

After updating your response, please make sure you’ve also notified Jeunesse.
