Are you looking for a getaway that is as far from “ordinary” as it gets? You have the chance for just that when you qualify for the Europe & Middle East Sales Incentive Trip 2019: Bali. As the trip gets closer every day, this preview of what to expect should amplify your excitement.
Everywhere you look in Bali, you will find temples — or pura. Considering their abundance, you can’t travel all that way without taking in these unique structures. With Jeunesse, you’ll visit two: the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and Taman Ayun Temple. Qualifiers will also visit Tirta Gangga, a former royal palace.
The Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, which means “the source temple of Lake Beratan,” boasts a beautiful waterside location that sometimes appears to be floating on the lake, making it the ultimate selfie spot and an ideal place to pause, appreciate and contemplate. The various multitiered shrines dedicated to the gods display striking Balinese architecture.
In contrast, Taman Ayun translates as “beautiful garden.” As you take in this expanse adorned with Chinese architectural flare, you’ll be hard pressed to decide which is more breathtaking: the towering tiers, the expansive and inspiring landscape or the climb to the top of the wooden bell tower, Bale Kulkul, for an unrivaled view of the complex.
Finally, the Tirta Gangga (“water from the Ganges”) Royal Water Garden is a former palace of the royal Karangasem family, dating from 1946. This scenic landmark on Bali’s highest mountain was lovingly restored after it was blanketed in volcanic ash from Mount Agung in 1963. It features an 11-tiered, lotus-tipped fountain that spirals 10 meters high, sandstone wading pools and a fish pond bearing a path of stepping stones across the water, surrounded by royal guardian figures to protect you as you pass.
You’ll think you’ve escaped to an undiscovered, ancient kingdom, which isn’t far from the truth. Many memorable adventures await you in Bali when you qualify for this trip with your Jeunesse Family. Make sure you are there and prepare to INDULGE. DISCOVER. EXPLORE.
